On website 1 don't put a website link that contains illegal files like game cracks website or movie websites or any warez because this is completely illegal and Adworkmedia doesn't like illegal stuffs. So in order to put a website that is legal go to google and search for something like a review website like weight loss website or any similar website that contains appropriate content.

On "How'd You Find Us" Just simply put  "A Friend Suggested Me Your Company"

On Current company just put "cpalead.com" or any cpa company you currently work with.

Now On Promoting this is where you need to be creative think something that can  convinced a people it's like you're having an interview for a company that you want to work with.

This is what I put on the Promotional Method you can copy this but you need to edit some parts too..

As you can see my website is gaining a lot of traffic everyday estimated 12k traffic and I want to monetize to earn some money by joining your company. My other Promotional Method is by using social media like Facebook and Twitter which I have a lot of friends for more traffic and finally using Youtube I can create and rank my Youtube videos in first page which gives my website a traffic boost.
